Review by hotel critic
As a discerning traveler with a penchant for culinary delights, my recent stay at Hotel D'Anjou in Angers left a lasting impression. The hotel's front office warmly recommended Le Theatre, a mere 0.38 km away, for a taste of local gastronomy. Intrigued, I ventured out and discovered a hidden gem where every dish felt like a work of art.Opting to skip the hotel breakfast, I opted to have my meal from Le 15 Gourmand delivered directly to the hotel. Picture this: a tasting of the famous orange peel liqueur paired with a sumptuous spread that showcased the region's finest produce. From the first bite, I knew I was in for a treat.Despite the modest hot buffet breakfast offering at the hotel receiving mixed reviews, my dining experience beyond its walls was a culinary adventure worth savoring.
